About Ethan

Ethan Gouge is a father, husband, veteran, Tri-Cities resident and Kingsport, TN native. Ethan started his professional career with a Systems Engineering degree from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis. After gaining leadership, management and operational skill as an Aviation Logistics Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps he began his entrepreneurial journey, gaining business operational experience and skill through two start-ups and polishing his 'soft skills' and problem solving ability and continuing a legacy of public service as a middle school math teacher. Next was a growth role as Director of Business Performance and Analysis for an aerospace aftermarket design and manufacturing company selling directly to end users in the Tri-Cities area. He was brought on post-PE acquisition and progressed through the company departments redesigning for stability and growth. This experience has given him intimate knowledge of what it takes to smoothly transition a company from retiring founders to new ownership while retaining the DNA that created their success. He is once again betting on himself and team by synergizing the wide array of skills acquired through these roles into his next chapter: acquiring and operating companies and commercial real estate from a complete or strong equity position in his home area of Northeast Tennessee.
